Had an issue with my Bosch washer/dryer, called the Bosch customer service who gave me the Fix-It-All number. They were WAY more helpful and knowledgeable than the customer service line and I manage to resolve the problem over the phone. Super helpful and excellent customer service.

Well what can I say. This would have to be one of the best - or probably THE best customer service experiences I have ever had. From booking the job in with Jacinta and Simone to Craig coming out to do the oven installation - everything and I mean everything was A+++.Jacinta and Simone did everything they could to help us get the oven installed prior to Christmas - and they did it for us and we are so grateful.Bosch gave me the names of two approved installers to put our new oven in and I chose Fix it All based on their 5.0 star google review. And I can see why they have a 5.0 star review.AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING

These guys are absolutely fantastic from the minute you speak to Simone on the phone to wonderful Craig coming out to our Keilor home to fix our Siemens Hot Plate and Bosch oven ... would not hesitate in using them again or recommending them to our friends.
